Question 1

Can I schedule a free inspection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our roof and storm damage inspections are free and carry no obligation — no pressure to commit to a project afterwards. Request a free inspection and we will schedule a time that works.

Question 2

My roof is leaking.

Accepted Answer

Where water appears inside is often not where it got in, so the first step is an inspection to find the actual source. We trace it, document what we find, and tell you what the repair involves.

Question 3

We had hail come through. Can you check our roof?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hail damage is frequently not visible from the ground — it tends to bruise shingles rather than tear them, so a roof can look fine from the driveway and still have taken damage.

Question 4

The wind blew some shingles off.

Accepted Answer

We will inspect the whole roof, not just the bare spot — wind that lifts one section often breaks the seal on others nearby without removing them. Then we tell you whether a repair or a replacement is the honest answer.

Question 5

I'm not sure if I need repairs or a whole new roof.

Accepted Answer

That is exactly what the inspection answers. We look at the roof in detail, show you what we found, and we'll explain your options — including the option to wait.

Question 6

Our roof is getting old.

Accepted Answer

Age on its own is not a verdict. We assess the actual condition — how the shingles are wearing, whether there is storm damage, how the flashing and valleys are holding — and give you honest recommendations.

Question 7

Our siding was damaged in the storm.

Accepted Answer

We repair and replace siding, including storm-damaged siding, and we walk all four elevations rather than only the one you called about.

Question 8

Can you help document the damage for my insurance company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We document the damage with photographs and scope details, and we meet with your insurance company on site during scheduled inspections. We do not approve claims or decide outcomes, and we will not promise you a result.

Question 9

How much will it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the work required, the materials, and the project scope, so we do not publish fixed prices or ranges. You get a personalized project quote following an inspection. Financing Available.

Question 10

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Financing Available.

Question 11

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Fully Insured.

Question 12

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Three-Year Workmanship Warranty. Our workmanship is covered for three years after the job is complete.

Question 13

Are you local?

Accepted Answer

Locally Owned & Family Operated. We have been serving Central Iowa since 2021 — we are not a crew passing through after a storm.

Question 14

Are you accredited?

Accepted Answer

We are a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating.

Question 15

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Available for calls and inquiries 24/7. Inspections and project work are scheduled by appointment.

Question 16

What areas of Central Iowa do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Des Moines, Ankeny, West Des Moines, Urbandale, Clive, Johnston, and surrounding Central Iowa communities.
